Started the registration process but didn't finish it? No worries.
If 30 minutes after you began registration, you haven’t yet completed the process, you will receive an automatic email with the credentials to resume and complete your registration.
You can locate it in your email inbox (make sure to check the spam folder too) by the subject: Almost There… Complete Your AvaTrade Registration :
- Click on the Click here to continue link (it will take you back to the login page);

- Log in to your account (using the email address and temporary password as shown in the above email;
- Complete adding your personal details and questions to complete your account registration;
- You will also have the option to set your personal password:
If you can't find the email; don't worry, you will still be able to retrieve the registration and complete it; just follow the steps below to receive a temporary password and log into your existing account:
- Click on the "Forgot your password?" link under the login widget.
- Type your email address (the same address you registered on AvaTrade) and click Submit.
- Click on the Return to Login, you will be redirected to the login widget;
- Identify the email you receive from AvaTrade (Subject line: Almost There… Complete Your AvaTrade Registration) the email will include your email address and temporary password;
- Enter the login credentials as shown in the email, then click on Login;
- Complete adding your personal details and questions to complete your account registration;
- You will also have the option to set your personal password:
