Expert Advisors are automated trading systems that process the price path of the instruments to assess the best moment to enter the market.

The way (and frequency) with which they do so can be changed through their settings.

Sometimes the EA reads too many potential conditions and opens too many trades leaving no free margin; if this happens, the EA will continue submitting orders to our trading servers until one of its orders gets approved.

This phase generates a critical mass of traffic to our servers, as none of the orders can be executed due to lack of margin, forcing us to disable the EA.

Once you have available margin and modified your EA's settings according to the available margin, you can contact Customer Services to have your Account re enabled to use EAs.
