AvaTrade operates under the strictest Regulatory Standards, this requires our Clients to verify their Account. You can only upload the documentation through your My Account area.
To do so is very simple and it can be done also directly through your AvaTrade trading app by following this step by step guide:
- Open your AvaTrade trading app ;
- Sign-in to your AvaTrade trading app with your login credentials;
- Select the Trading Account Number of your Active account and Click Trade;
- Click the Menu icon on the right bottom side of the screen;
- Select Accounts and then Upload documents;
- Find the menu for the Type of ID, and the relevant fields for Front and Back of ID and for your recent Proof of Address;
- Browse the relevant document to upload for the field you selected;
- Click Upload;
- If you need to upload further documentation, scroll below the first UPLOAD button;
- There you can find the dedicated slot where to select the miscellaneous document file,
- And the specific UPLOAD button;
- If you need to upload further documentation, scroll below the first UPLOAD button;
- Wait for the Thank you confirmation message.
Within the next business day you will receive notification whether your documentation has been approved or not.
