Usable Margin refers to the funds you have available to open NEW trades. It is calculated as follows:

• Equity – Used Margin = Usable Margin

Equity is equivalent to your Balance + Floating P/L (Profit/Loss) of your open trades. It is effectively the liquidation value of your account at that current moment.
