If you received this error message: "There appears to be a problem processing your transaction, please go back and verify your payment details and try again” it usually indicates that the deposit attempt was not successful.
Please try again and confirm the card details you entered are correct, additionally, you can contact your credit card company or bank to resolve it.
In the meantime, there are alternative deposit methods you can use, they will be listed in your trading account under the Deposit tab.
- Please note: From 1/1/2021, all European banks applied a 3D security authentication code, to increase the security for online credit/debit card transactions. If you are experiencing issues with receiving your 3D secure code, we suggest contacting your bank for assistance.
