During weekends withdrawals are only available if you do not have any open positions.

If you have open positions, the withdrawal option will be temporarily unavailable and you will not be able to submit a request. You may also see a notification informing you that withdrawals will be processed on Monday and advising you to contact client support if needed.

If you do not have any open positions, you can submit your withdrawal request as usual.

All withdrawal requests made during weekends will begin processing on Monday.
