AvaTrade covers the bank transfer fee for withdrawal requests of up to $/€/£ 100.

In the case the bank transfer shows a lower amount than requested, it may be a result of either one of these reasons:

1. If the transfer fee exceeds $/€/£ 100, the sum exceeding the fee coverage provided  by AvaTrade will be deducted from the transfer amount;
2. Suppose your bank requires an intermediary institution to be able to receive the funds. In that case, this entails a fee unrelated to the transfer from AvaTrade, but the transfer between the intermediary institution and your bank. Since the existence and consistency of those fees are dictated by the agreement between you and your bank, AvaTrade cannot be a party to these fees' level and/or existence.

If you encounter a discrepancy in the received Wire Transfer amount that does not match any of the above options, please send us a bank statement showing the transfer and any relating fees. The Customer Services Team will investigate into it.
